Weeks 1 to 4: Due diligence & IT integration
Before we move the first pallet, we build the digital foundation for the operational launch. During the transfer of existing data, we consistently eliminate sources of error. To do this, we review your current shipping processes in a process audit and optimise them before the move. This is followed by the interface connection. Our IT experts connect your ERP system, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, to our WMS. Shadow mode completes the first phase: a controlled test run in which we realistically simulate orders and data flows until we achieve complete error-free operation. Then the system goes live.
Weeks 5 to 6: Physical relocation & inventory validation
Meyer & Meyer offers secure and fast transport solutions with modern equipment for your move. For sensitive goods such as batteries or filters, you benefit from individual security concepts. Transports with sealed vehicles and, if necessary, with escorts ensure the necessary protection. During inventory, each incoming unit undergoes a quality and quantity check. For medical products, Meyer & Meyer checks the batches and expiry dates, and for textiles, the size ranges. A comprehensive compliance check also validates all dangerous goods classes and storage conditions directly at goods receipt.
Always improving: Hypercare & optimisation
You will continue to receive professional support even after go-live. Experienced key account managers are available to you as permanent contact persons and monitor processes particularly closely during the first 30 days. SLA monitoring measures all contractually agreed performance parameters, such as picking accuracy and shipping times. For you, this means maximum transparency and partnership-based support throughout the entire collaboration. Data analysis results in further optimisations.
