Traditionally, the welcome days were introduced by the Management Board and those responsible for training. In addition, the trainees were given a more detailed insight into the structures of the Osnabrück-based transport and logistics company during various presentations. "The start of the day was very informative," says Paulina Kreymer, a first-year apprentice. "We got to know the company through exciting presentations. That took away some of the nervousness, also because you could feel the family atmosphere very quickly." In addition, get-to-know-you activities and meals together gave the trainees the opportunity to get to know each other better.
"We really enjoyed the welcome days together with the trainees," says Lara Elskamp, Junior HR Manager and Training Officer. "We look forward to accompanying the new trainees on their journey at Meyer & Meyer and would like to extend a warm welcome to all of them."
