Send us up to ten of your used items. We will clean, repair, and professionally refurbish the textiles.

After about 10 working days, you will receive your items back, professionally refurbished. Resell them. That’s the cycle.

Frequently Asked Questions about the &flow Trial

How many items can I send in?
You can send up to 10 textiles at a time as part of the trial.
Which items are suitable?
We handle clothing textiles such as shirts, pants, jackets, dresses, shoes, and much more.
Does the trial cost me anything?
The trial is free of charge and without obligation. You cover the shipping of the items; we cover the return shipping.
How long does refurbishment take?
After receipt of goods, cleaning and repair usually take 5–10 working days.
How will I know when my items are shipped back?
As soon as your items are ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link.
What happens with damaged items?
If an item is beyond repair, we will inform you immediately and coordinate the next steps with you individually.

This campaign is exclusively directed at companies. Each company may send in up to ten textile products/shoes. Before shipping, please complete the online form and wait for our confirmation with the shipping address.

The products remain the property of the company and will be returned after refurbishment. We will refurbish them to the best of our knowledge and ability. However, this does not create a legal claim to refurbishment.

The company bears the risk of loss or damage, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part. By completing the form and participating in the campaign, these terms and conditions are deemed accepted.
