That way, you get flawless fabrics for your collections that guarantee the perfect look.
To provide you with the best possible service, we work closely with our specialist long-time partners, who in turn support us with their own solutions. For example, we collaborate with the textile experts at WKS to perform quality assurance on your fabrics and trimmings.
Purchasing
We’re not just logistics experts – we feel responsible for your entire value chain, which is why we keep such a close eye on it. We are always happy to provide advice, set up networks or provide contacts to help you with your purchasing tasks.
Inspection
You buy in fabrics and trimmings, while we take charge of the inspection – checking materials, identifying and documenting any defects, and signing off on colours. We can even check sizes and group your fabrics by colour, whether visually or by means of colorimetric analysis.
Repairs
Our repair services include removing stains and spots, fixing or removing colour or shade differences, and repairing warp and weft breakages. The experienced staff at our expert partner WKS can also repair creases or breakages, as well as removing slubs and foreign fibres.
Lab inspections
As part of quality assurance, your fabrics and trimmings can also be put through various physical-technical, chemical and washing-technology tests in accredited labs.
Outer fabrics and trimmings logistics
In outer fabrics and trimmings logistics, your goods are stored, picked, sorted by dye batch and labelled. Additionally, layer patterns are defined and dispatch is monitored and documented, prior to transport.
Washing
Our washing services are tailored to your products and include all conventional washing processes, chemical cleaning, dyeing processes, special effects, calculating shrinkage values, wet repairs, enhancing rubbing and colour fastness, as well as developing washing recipes.
