"Last year, we already donated to children's homes in Osnabrück and Braunschweig at Easter. This year, we again wanted to launch a campaign that benefits children and has a regional connection to our largest locations in Osnabrück and Peine," explains Theresa Meyer, Director Corporate Development at Meyer & Meyer. Since November, employees have been able to draw children's wish lists and provide them with a suitable gift. In the week before Christmas, the HR department, on behalf of all those involved, handed over lots of lovingly wrapped presents to the facility managers of the Don Bosco House in Osnabrück and the St. Nikolaus Kinder- und Jugendhilfe in Braunschweig, near Peine. The latter expressed their heartfelt thanks and emphasized that for many of the children, the gesture of receiving a gift alone was something very special. "We are very happy to be able to harvest a lot of happiness and joy with little effort," beams Theresa Meyer.
Bright children's eyes at Christmas
Meyer & Meyer employees are making children in care in Osnabrück and Braunschweig particularly happy this Christmas. As part of a Christmas donation campaign, employees donated almost 150 gifts to the Don Bosco House in Osnabrück and St. Nikolaus Kinder- und Jugendhilfe Braunschweig.
