After a warm welcome by Theresa Meyer, CTO, the person responsible for training, Claudia Althoff, and the works council introduced themselves. This was followed by a passionate overview of the company, its locations and services, get-to-know-you games, plant tours, training sessions and shared meals, as well as other events. "The presentations and networking events gave me a good connection to the company and further tuned me into the coming time as an apprentice," shared one of the new apprentices.
At the end of the welcome days, Claudia Althoff, the training supervisor, added that the feedback from the trainees at the start of the program was consistently positive. "It was an eventful and above all constructive three days, and I look forward to accompanying the new trainees during their training.
